Refund / Exchange / Return Policy

TrailRax offers a 30-day no-hassle refund policy on all unopened items in original condition, subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item has been installed it is not eligible for a refund. Item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. The placing of an order constitutes your understanding and acceptance of our return policy. We do not issue a refund for the original shipping cost, as the carrier has already rendered their services.

The original purchaser is responsible for shipping expenses to return the product to TrailRax which will be reflected on your refund amount. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@trailrax.com.

Cancellations: A 3% fee will apply to all order cancellations to cover non-refundable credit card processing costs. This fee is not retained by us—it is charged by our payment processor and cannot be recovered, so we are simply passing on the cost.
