KEY PRODUCT INFORMATION

The TrailRax 270 Degree Awning Bracket is engineered to provide maximum strength and stability for mounting 270 degree awnings on your TrailRax Modular Roof Rack. Built from durable, lightweight 5052 aluminum, this bracket is designed to handle the heavy leverage and dynamic loads common with 270 awnings while keeping overall weight to a minimum.

Designed to bolt into multiple mounting points on the rear corner of the TRMR Rack—where support matters most—the bracket features reinforced bends that increase rigidity and durability on rough terrain. Extensive real-world testing ensures reliable performance whether you’re cruising trails or setting up camp. Available in driver-side and passenger-side configurations.

Pair it with a set of 90 degree bracket when mounting your 270 awning - see bundle options.

Customer photo review of 270 Degree Awning Bracket

I am happy with the bundle for 270 awning brackets, they are a perfect fit for my setup. However, I am still waiting on the billet braces that were supposed to be part of the package to make my install complete.

Used to attach a Taruga 270 awning. This is a solid 3-dimension attachment, much more so than the awning provided one. It involved removing the crossbar but only took a few minutes.

Customer photo review of 270 Degree Awning Bracket

This bracket is a must have. I used this with 2 90 degree brackets for my 270 degree awning. This really makes the corner pivot a strong point for all the weight. It fit well and bolted up clean. This is definitely the best way to go.

270 Degree Awning Bracket

Customer photo review of 270 Degree Awning Bracket

Lines up as it is supposed to with no fuss. Heavier duty and larger slot holes for the larger diameter bolts on a 270 OVS awning. A must-have to take the guesswork and clamps/U-bolts completely out of the equation when trying to attach an awning. Very easy and clean installation.

270 Degree Awning Bracket

Easy to install and the company is quick to answer any questions!

270 Degree Awning Bracket

Incredibly happy that I ordered the 270° awning kit. The reinforced billet rack braces as well as the 270 brace keeps me from worrying about awkward flex due to high wind with my awning out. The extra enforcement also makes me even more comfortable driving off-road having a heavy awning hanging off the side of my rack. The shipping fees are a little steep, but not anything I can do about that. Overall, very satisfied with the quality, but you definitely pay for it.

270 Degree Awning Bracket

I used the chat service on the website and was recommended this bracket and at first I was thinking maybe it was a little overkill but it ended up being the best way to attach my awning. Same with the 90° bracket set. Would definitely recommend this product you can’t go wrong. My awning is super secure And the trail rocks products are super quality.
