A Letter From The CEO at TrailRax
To our valued customers,
As we look ahead to 2026, I want to take a moment to share an important update regarding some upcoming pricing adjustments. At TrailRax, transparency has always been central to how we operate, and we want to ensure you feel fully informed about the reasons behind this change.
We remain deeply committed to manufacturing TrailRax products in the Midwest of the United States. This commitment is rooted in our belief that American-made products deliver higher quality, uphold stronger labor standards, and support the engineers, fabricators, and families whose craftsmanship defines our brand. When you choose our products, you are investing directly in American innovation, American jobs, and a team dedicated to continuous improvement.
In recent years, the economic landscape surrounding domestic manufacturing has shifted significantly. The costs of aluminum, steel, coatings, machining, and logistics have all risen, and these increases are expected to continue into 2026. While some may attribute industry-wide price changes to tariffs, the reality is straightforward: although we do not import materials from overseas, domestic suppliers across the country have raised their rates due to rising operational costs and increased demand that has exceeded current supply capacity. As a result, we are indirectly affected—as are many American manufacturers today.
For as long as possible, we have absorbed these rising expenses without compromising our standards. However, maintaining the level of durability, precision, and performance you expect requires a modest price adjustment. Reducing material quality or cutting corners is not—and will never be—an option for us.
It is equally important to highlight what remains unchanged in our approach:
- We will not sacrifice our commitment to U.S.-based manufacturing.
- We will continue to support domestic suppliers and American labor.
- We do not impose hidden processing, handling, or warehouse fees.
Some competitors offset their costs by outsourcing production overseas or by adding unexpected fees. We choose a different path—one defined by integrity, clarity, and respect for our customers. Our prices reflect the true cost of producing high-quality products here at home, with no hidden additions.
Your continued support empowers us to pursue innovation, strengthen American manufacturing, and deliver products that exceed expectations. We are deeply grateful for the trust you place in us and remain steadfast in our mission to build exceptional, American-made solutions for our community of customers. Thank you for standing with us and for being part of the TrailRax Crew- we look forward to continuing to serve you with the quality and dedication you deserve, now, in 2026, and for many years to come.
With sincere appreciation,
Adam Engelke
