  1. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C.

  • Must be 18 years or older at time of entry

  • Void where prohibited by law

  • Employees of TrailRax, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible

 

  1. ENTRY PERIOD & METHODS

  • Promotion period begins December 13th, 2024 and ends January 13th, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST

  • Three methods of entry:

    1. Purchase Method: Buy any TrailRax merchandise/apparel products during the promotion period. Receive one (1) entry for every $25 spent on qualifying merchandise. Entry calculation based on pre-tax, pre-shipping purchase amount.

    2. Free Method: To enter without purchase, hand-print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3×5 card and mail it to: TrailRax Giveaway Entry, 1654 West 1250 South, Unit 2, Woods Cross, Utah 84087. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately and postmarked by January 13th, 2025.

    3. Photo Submission Method: Submit a photo of your off-road vehicle build and a brief description (100 words or less) of why you love TrailRax to giveaway@trailrax.com. One submission will be selected daily and will receive one (1) entry into the promotion. Limit one photo submission per person per day.

  • Returns or refunds will void associated entries

  • Entries from incomplete or cancelled orders will not be valid

 

  1. PRIZE

  • One (1) winner will receive $2,500 in TrailRax store credit

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,500

  • Store credit valid for any TrailRax products at  www.trailrax.com

  • Credit must be used within 12 months of issuance

  • Non-transferable, non-refundable

  • No cash substitutions or prize substitutions permitted

  • Store credit code will be delivered electronically to winner's email address

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received

 

  1. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on January 16th, 2025

  • Winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of selection

  • Must respond within 48 hours of notification or prize may be forfeited

  • If prize is forfeited, an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries

 

  1. VERIFICATION

  • Winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 5 days of notification

  • Winner must provide valid proof of identity and eligibility

  • Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize

  • Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 if required by law

 

  1. PRIVACY & PUBLICITY

  • By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, city, state, and entry information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation

  • Photo submissions may be used for promotional purposes by TrailRax

 

  1. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • TrailRax is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries

  • Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software

  • Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion

  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TrailRax, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any injury, loss, or damage to person or property

  • TrailRax reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control compromises the integrity of the promotion
