Crossmember UPGRADE PROGRAM

IF you are a customer that wishes to have the drop in hardware cut outs, you will add as many crossmembers as you need/want to your cart and make the purchase. We will ship you your new upgraded crossmembers with a preprinted return label. Once you have swapped out your crossmembers with the new ones, you will repackage the old ones and send it back to us. Once we receive your functional crossmembers that are in working order, we will issue a 60% value of each crossmember return to you as a CORE EXCHANGE. The old crossmembers must be returned to TrailRax for the CORE EXCHANGE and refund of 60% value. This is 100% assuming that the crossmembers are fully functional meaning the threads on the end of the crossbar are in good and usable condition.
